The months supply of inventory has also gone up from 3 months last year to 4.7 months. That's good news for buyers because with more options out there, you're not all fighting over the same house, which could mean prices might start to chill out a bit.

Sales are Up
Closed sales have also been on the rise. Nationally, more houses are selling, and it's no different here. In fact, we've seen a 10% increase in closed sales compared to last year. Plus, cash deals are also up by 16%, showing that folks are feeling pretty confident about investing in property.
